I am looking for valuable multiple opinions of Mortgage Lenders or Real Estate professionals, which could assist me in making a wise decision for myself. I just moved to Chicago from Miami, and I am looking into making big investments into Multiple Real Estate transactions and also a new Business in Chicago. Therefore, in order to make an intelligent decision I would like to consult with local professionals that could lead me to more research opinions, so I could make the right choice that could change my financial future.By assisting me, the candidates will have the opportunity to attend a Networking event with like-minded individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, local Real Estate Investors; also they could give out Business Cards and talk to investors having the possibility for new clients and expansion of their current business. We are looking for a professional sales director to join our growing team, in recruiting teens for our modeling, acting and personal development programs. Hours are 2pm-9pm with occasional travel. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Recruiting (inviting warm potential talent to our events)
• Interviewing (meeting and pre-qualifying talent for our programs)
• Enrolling (enrolling talent into our modeling and acting programs)
You will need to: Enjoy helping young talent break into the industry while helping them strengthen their self esteem, confidence and polish personal development skills. Be able to build client relationships. Have no fear of the phone or running appointments within your region. Love to talk but know when to LISTEN. Enjoy making money. Require large commission checks. Be self motivated and have basic office skills.
We Offer: Full training and support, Excellent Compensation Plan, High commission/bonus rate, Great Benefits, Medical, Dental, 401K, 2-3 weeks off a year to start, 7 hour work days, can lead to work from home if desired. All leads are provided. All warm calls. No cold calling!
Sales experience is a MUST! MUST have 2 or more years of telephone sales or general sales experience. Mortgage or Real Estate background encouraged to apply.
